1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between kc111 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers, or uses any service provided through the kc111 website located at https://kc111.club and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the kc111 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms an integral part of your agreement with kc111.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version (if provided for informational purposes), the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the kc111 platform is strictly limited to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game, betting market, or promotional offer available on kc111. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement and applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of account registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, and automated scripts may not register accounts.

• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of another individual when creating or operating an account.

When processing a withdrawal request, or at any point deemed appropriate by kc111's compliance team, players may be required to provide government-issued identification documents — including a National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport — to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Any account found to be held by a player under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently suspended. Any funds held in such an account will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any bonus amounts credited, pending full compliance and identity review. kc111 expressly prohibits underage gambling and cooperates fully with any relevant authority investigating such activity.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of kc111 services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must register a player account via the kc111 Login page. Registration is free and requires the submission of accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one kc111 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended, with any outstanding balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate details at registration, including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact information. Submitting false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. kc111 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Immediate notification: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kc111 immediately at [email protected].
• Account verification: kc111 may at any time request identity documents to verify your account. Accounts that remain unverified beyond a stated deadline may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.
• No transfer of accounts: Player accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any of your account credits to any other person.

kc111 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and communication channels to protect the security of your account data and financial transactions. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all registered players.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

kc111 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of locally trusted payment methods. All financial transactions on the kc111 platform are processed in BDT, and no currency conversion fees are applied to supported local payment methods.

Accepted payment methods:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your kc111 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. kc111 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — these are outside kc111's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect both the player and the platform. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and will be displayed within your account dashboard at the time of request. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard business hours are processed as promptly as possible; bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 24 hours under normal circumstances.

Verification before withdrawal: kc111 may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedure and is not specific to any individual player. Players are encouraged to complete identity verification proactively to avoid delays.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kc111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time the offer is presented.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Failure to read and understand wagering requirements before claiming a bonus does not exempt the player from complying with them.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

kc111 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, standard void and settlement rules apply as stated in the sportsbook terms.
• Suspicious activity: kc111 monitors all account activity for signs of irregular betting patterns, collusion, or match-fixing involvement. Any player found to be engaged in or associated with such activity will have their account permanently suspended and any winnings forfeited.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

kc111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information at registration or during a verification request.
• Evidence of underage gambling — accounts confirmed as belonging to players under 18 years of age will be closed immediately.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct in connection with use of the platform.
• Engagement in bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any form of collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools available in the account dashboard.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, kc111 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account, including pending withdrawals, pending the outcome of any investigation. Where closure is initiated by the player for responsible gaming reasons, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their kc111 account for any reason may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Following closure, the account cannot be reopened for a minimum of 30 days, subject to verification.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kc111 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the kc111 platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Game outcomes, bet results, or any loss of funds resulting from gameplay on the platform.
• Temporary or extended unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond kc111's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any other partner).
• Errors, interruptions, or data loss resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Unauthorised access to a player account resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, promotions, or game descriptions published on the kc111 platform, which are provided in good faith but without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

kc111 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or that any particular game, feature, or payment method will remain available at all times. kc111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its service at any time and without prior notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.
